Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

Automotive Workshop, Inc. ("we," "us") runs this website at automotiveworkshop.net. This page explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we only collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it only to respond to you, and we never sell it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the "Request service" form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, and (if you provide them) your email address, vehicle details, the service you need, and your message.

Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated spam. Turnstile checks signals from your browser and device when you submit the form. Cloudflare says it does not use this information for advertising. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not use this information to identify you.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. The map on our home page is a still image. Google Maps opens only if you click it, and Google's own privacy policy applies from there.

How we use your information

We use the information you send through the form only to respond to your request, such as calling you back, answering questions, or scheduling service. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

How your information is stored and shared

Form submissions are delivered as an email to our shop's inbox. This website does not keep a copy in a database. We keep these emails only as long as they're useful for serving you and maintaining our customer records.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and deliver messages (Cloudflare, and our email provider), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have from you through this website, or ask us to correct or delete it. Call us at (440) 237-5344 or write to us at the address below. If you'd rather not use the form, you can always just call.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
